David · USA · 2026★★★★★

At 62, after more than twenty-five years of inflammation that none of his American doctors had traced to the prostate, the first visit found a 65 ml gland and a heavy growth of Staph. aureus. Within a few weeks of treatment the pain he had carried for years was gone; he writes that he feels healthier than in his late thirties, and that the doctor is in the clinic six days a week from early morning until late at night.

Doru · 2026★★★★★

Years of consultations elsewhere had led nowhere. The ultrasound here showed an inflamed prostate, the prostatic-fluid culture grew two different bacteria, and the protocol, pressure therapy, targeted antibiotics and intraprostatic injections, was adjusted as his body responded. Months later he sleeps through the night, the burning has gone and he has his energy back.

Georgios · Greece · 2026★★★★★

Night-time urination, pain in the testicles and lower abdomen and a tiredness he could not explain, for years. In the waiting room he met men from the USA, Canada and Australia with the same story. The treatment takes time and commitment, he writes, but his quality of life has changed completely.

Duncan · UK · 2018★★★★★

Around fifteen urologists in London, Rome and Cyprus, thousands of pounds, and the repeated suggestion that his problem was psychological. In Athens the first cultures found three bacteria and later a fourth, where everyone else had found one or none. He warns new patients that the therapy is not a magic pill and is not over until the doctor says so.

Omar · London · 2019★★★★★

Symptoms from the age of eighteen and six years of being told there was no cure. He valued the honesty about how long it would take; after a year of treatment he describes himself as fully recovered and comes once a year for a check-up.

Oscar · Spain · 2018★★★★★

Seven years, eight urologists in Spain and Italy, and semen cultures that were always negative. A prostatic-fluid sample here showed four different bacteria. After the first six weeks two of them had gone, the prostate was clearly smaller on ultrasound and the burning and frequent urination had eased.

Utku · Turkey · 2018★★★★★

Three years of chronic prostatitis and doctors in the UAE, Turkey and the UK who all said he would have to live with it. He found the clinic through patient forums, read the protocol on this site, and was treated in three sessions of about three weeks each.

Christos · Greece · 2023★★★★★

Five years of normal ultrasounds and mostly negative cultures elsewhere. His own numbers after five months here: residual urine down from 170 ml to 15 ml, prostate volume down from 25 to 18 ml, the red inflammation on the Doppler image reduced to a few spots, and the initial set of microbes narrowed to a single one with far fewer colonies.

Hamit · Greece · 2024★★★★★

Arrived in unbearable pain, unable to work, with a maximum urine flow of 14 ml/s. After some months of treatment and a disciplined diet he is symptom-free and his flow is above 29 ml/s. His advice: do not waste years looking for a magic pill.

Konstantinos · Greece · 2019★★★★★

Ten to twelve doctors, seven months of “pills, pills, pills” and one who told him the pain was in his head. Treated here between 2008 and 2016 with long pauses; two years after his last visit he has not felt the slightest symptom, his wife was treated too, and they now have a baby boy.

Raul · Spain · 2018★★★★★

About eight years of worsening symptoms and useless visits in several countries. The first analysis here found two strains of bacteria and 25 to 30 white cells in the prostatic fluid; a few months later, no bacteria and white cells down to 2 or 3, with symptoms and inflammation almost gone.

Sami · 2024★★★★★

Describes a diagnostic work-up unlike any he had experienced, a treatment plan that was tailored and explained step by step, and improvements over the following weeks that he had been told were impossible. He writes that the clinic restored his faith in medicine.

Documented results: before and after treatment

Testimonials tell you how a man felt. The archive tells you what happened to his prostate. Each card below is a real patient from our records, shown without any identifying detail: the year he started, his age band, the microbes found in his prostatic fluid or semen, the prostate volume measured by transrectal ultrasound at the first visit and at the end of the first course of treatment, and the result of his closing culture. The line is his volume at every ultrasound check.

We select the cases with a strict rule so that they can be repeated every year: a microbe found at the first visit, at least three ultrasound measurements, a volume reduction of a quarter or more, and a final culture that is negative. “Microbes cleared” means the closing culture was negative with pus cells at or below 10 per field, which is how we define the end of treatment. The most recent cases are still in follow-up. Where a man came back for a check years later, the card says what his volume was then.

Why the timelines differ so much

The months on these cards are not months of continuous treatment. Patients space the protocol out very differently: some do the intensive version in one block, others spread the stages over a year or more, pause after a stage, or come back from abroad when they can. Men also respond differently to the treatment, and in several of the longer cases fewer intraprostatic injections and intravenous courses were given, or none at all, which is why their prostate shrank more slowly. Where a patient can afford it and endure it, we recommend the intensive protocol: it gives the fastest results.

Prostate volume is the value printed by the ultrasound system at each visit; microbiology is from cultures and molecular tests on prostatic fluid, semen or urethral specimens read at the clinic’s reference laboratory. Cases are added as each year’s records are closed. Written consent covers the publication of the de-identified case studies on the how-it-works page; the cards here carry no image and no detail that could identify a patient.

Kev. B. USA · 2019

1.5 years ago I came down with acute systemic symptoms of a urinary tract infection: burning urethra, throbbing pelvic pain, chronic migraine, intense fatigue and muscle aches. Notably, this was several days after unprotected sex with my girlfriend, who simultaneously came down with roughly the same symptoms, though vaginally also. We concluded immediately that the problem was microbial. My symptoms subsided, only to increasingly relapse over the following weeks. Countless appointments to my GP and urologists failed to yield a clear diagnosis. Not only this, but each doctor without exception bafflingly dismissed a microbial cause.

This continued for 5 months until one urologist felt my swollen prostate and diagnosed a “classic” prostate infection, prescribing an oral antibiotic for several weeks. In one week, the antibiotic nearly eradicated symptoms, which usefully confirmed for me a bacterial etiology. After finishing the course, however, symptoms started to come back, with troubling new difficulties and pain urinating. When the urologist claimed this was just residual pain from the infection, which may go away in time, I wouldn’t accept this. I was 30 years old, in impeccable health before this had started, and not prepared to live indefinitely in chronic sickness.

So I looked elsewhere, meanwhile becoming deeply and broadly acquainted with the scientific literature on my condition. Another fruitless appointment with a different urologist in New York confirmed for me that the American urological community is, by and large, unequipped to deal with prostate disease. The explanation for this is quite complex: an outdated, unreliable testing procedure for diagnosing prostatic infection; the invention of (non-)diagnoses of exclusion for merely collections of symptoms or complications, “chronic pelvic pain syndrome” and “non-bacterial prostatitis,” which masquerade as real etiological diagnoses;

medical industry prioritization of more profitable though debilitating prostate cancer treatment (surgery); the list goes on.

As most patients do, I found Dr. Georgiadis online. After a few kind and very informative email exchanges, I concluded that this man was my best and perhaps only shot at confronting the problem. I booked a flight to Athens and did 6 weeks at the clinic. For some men, this is enough; others need not much more, and some need a lot more. I’ve needed a lot more—about 6 months—mainly due to what appears to be strong bacterial resistance but also the entrenched location of the bacterial colonies around the urethra.

Contrary to what is often espoused, the problem is no great mystery: the microbes caused inflammation which strangulated both my vessels (blocking antibiotic delivery) and my nerves (manifesting as pain). I’ve done the daily pressures, oral and IV antibiotics (tailored to the Enterococcus, Staphylococcus, and Klebsiella we cultured positive here), and three injections. Dr. Georgiadis has monitored me closely every step of the way. He is a rational, experienced, deliberate man who treats this condition with the seriousness and care it requires.

One crucial thing to keep in mind: Dr. Georgiadis approaches genitourinary infection not just as a clinician but also as an empirical scientist. The most valuable component of his treatment is not the antibiotics or prostatic pressures, which are both essential no doubt. Rather, it is his empirically informed knowledge of how to respond to each specific problem at hand, whether urethral stenosis, bacterial resistance, tissue damage, etc. I can’t count the number of times he has adapted my treatment to the unique etiological factors at play in my case.

The treatment has been the hardest thing I have ever done. But I’ve been rewarded with massive objective and subjective improvement. Objective results are nearly stabilized, my symptoms are nearly gone, and I expect to be 100% cured soon. I shall write back again after I’m finished, with more details about Dr. Georgiadis’s treatment protocol and its contrasts with current American urological practice.

George Dendr. Germany · 2019

Hey everyone, my name is George and I am 65 years old – I live between Germany, Greece and China and I wanted to take the chance to share my experience too. I am an old patient of dr. Georgiadis (he cured me 9 years ago) and since then I visit him every year for an annual check up. Before finding Dr. Georgiadis, I had visited many doctors in Germany and China and had tried different methods but with little or no long term result. My main problems were something like pelvic pain, which was vague in in the lower belly and some pain in the spine and overall fatigue in the body for a long time.

But after a while I started having erectile issues too and this is when I started looking for a solution. The doctors I had visited were looking to find the root issue in my hormones or in my penile vessels – most of them told me it was psychogenic issues. Many of them gave me antibiotics and erection pills (like Viagra) but after a while all these made my symptoms a lot worse and eventually stopped giving me any kind of improvement. To my luck, my uncle used to go to Dr. Georgiadis for therapy and he told me that he had seen big improvement and so he proposed me to visit the doctor.

When I visited him he performed tests that other docs had not performed before and much to my surprise I was for the first time informed that the root factor are the microbes in the prostate and not my brain! It turns out I have had Chronic Prostatitis for quite a few years before visiting him along with 4 microbes that I found after the microbiological tests!!!

I went for a total of 6 months of therapy that consisted of a period of daily very strong prostatic massage therapies along with antibiotic pills for about two months, and then visits of 2-3 weeks continuous for the remaining 4 months, and toward the end of every stage I was taking antibiotics using IV along with injections in the prostate. Already after even the first two months I had seen great improvement to my sexual function. The doc added some additional therapies for my erections to make them more rigid and longer lasting.

Until this day, so many years later, I am fully healthy and free of symptoms and I feel truly grateful to Dr. Georgiadis and I keep and will keep visiting him at least once a year for my checkup. He gave me my vitality back. Thank you for everything!

Paul Germany · 2019

My problems started in 2003, out of the blue, after swimming in the sea and then cycling back home in wet swimming trunks. For 5 years I suffered from pain in the left testicle which radiated to the prostate. It was excruciating and prevented me from leading a normal life. I visited various urologists in different countries who could not find the real cause of my suffering but nevertheless diagnosed CP. The laboratory results were confusing. At intermittent intervals ureaplasma, ecolis and other bacteria were identified, at times I was told that I had nothing and it was only a psychological issue.

It is only after I visited Dr Georgiadis that a proper diagnosis was carried out. The lab in Athens found chlamydia and enterococci. Dr Georgiadis explained that chlamydia (which was never identified before) appear frequently in combination with ureaplasma. Even when one of them is eliminated the other can stay on, especially with men due to their prostate structure. Dr Georgiadis performed a great job in gradually eliminating these infections.

His approach is unique in the following way: 1. detection of all microorganism that cause the inflammation thanks to strong initial prostate pressure and close cooperation with a reliable lab which grows cultures for an extended period of time, 2. targeted follow-up pressure sessions to open the prostate channels and releasing even the most hidden and stubborn bacteria, 3. combined microbe elimination therapy (pressure sessions, intravenous antibiotics in a near-by clinic, focused intraprostatic injection under short anaesthesia with high-concentration antibiotics cocktail customized for each case). Thanks to Dr Georgiadis I am now painfree.

I can warmly recommend him due to his professionalism, helpfulness, and problem-solving capacity.

Oscar Spain · 2018

Hi. I am Spanish, I am 40 years old and I want to share my experiences with chronic prostatitis.

It all started in 2011 when I had an acute prostate infection with the following symptoms: frequent urination, burning when urinating, pain when ejaculating, burning in the perineum etc … I went to visit a urologist and despite a negative test the doctor prescribed me an antibiotic treatment that I followed for two months. Very slowly the symptoms were subsiding and although I never felt completely recovered, everything returned more or less to normal, although I continued to urinate more often than normal. The other symptoms had disappeared.

I kept doing periodic reviews every year and everything was almost normal until 2016 that the symptoms reappeared more intense and persistent than before. I thought that I had solved the problem but instead the problem had been hidden for four years.

I go back to the urologist and start again with the same story, negative sperm test but again antibiotic treatment this time for a month. I thought it would be like the first time before or after the symptoms would disappear but this time it was not so. Then I started a journey from one urologist to another in Spain, Italy … so up to 8 different specialists all with the same procedure negative culture sperm- and antibiotics treatment. The symptoms did not disappear and also I was more depressed. After I look for other ways to solve the problem with acupuncture, macrobiotic diet, chinese medicine, food supplements etc …

although I noticed some improvement the problem persisted intensely.

So is then that I realized that it did not make sense to continue doing what I had been doing so I started to investigate and luckily I found this interview on YouTube…

Georgiadis Urology – Chronic Prostatitis (English Subtitles)

…and it is only then that I started to understand what happened to me after 7 years and 8 different urologists. I was willing to do whatever was in my power to solve the problem so I came to Athens to know to Dr Georgiadis and his method to cure chronic prostatitis.

Now I know that 99% of the prostatitis are bacterial and that all the sperm tests that I did previously were negative because they only analyzed the sperm not the postatic liquid that is in the prostate that is where the infection is.

Only in the clinic of Dr. Georgiadis through a prostatic massage and the obtaining of liquid and a precise laboratory analysis I discovered that I had 4 different bacteria in my prostate and the antibiotics to which they are sensitive.

During these 7 years those bacteria were silently damaging the tissues with the result that my urethra was gradually narrowing, which made urination weaker and also prevented me from completely emptying the bladder. Before coming to the clinic of Dr Georgiadis I did not know but these bacteria were beginning to damage the nerves and tissues of the penis that would have caused sexual dysfunction in the future. It is a slow but unstoppable process if the appropriate measures are not taken.

This test, together with ultrasound and fluriometry test gave a clear diagnosis about my problem and its solution. I started the treatment which continued for 6 weeks, that consists in completely rehabilitating the urogenital , through prostatic pressure massages in order to restore the blood flow in the prostate, to make the immune system have again access to this organ that has remained isolated for so long, as well as, to do penetrate the antibiotics to which these bacteria are sensitive in order to end once and for all with the infection.

After completing those 6 weeks doing all the tests again, two of the four bacteria have disappeared, the size of my prostate has decreased considerably as well as the symptoms (frequent urination, burning in the perineum, Inflammation of the prostate, improvement of sexual power etc …) in short, I find myself much better. Atually I am doing the second part of the treatment to definitively solve the problem. I feel that finally my body is healing.

During the time that I have been in the clinic and met many greeks and people from all over the world who have been cured coming here.

Why does it work?

For the complete knowledge of the disease and total dedication of Dr Georgiadis as well as an accurate diagnosis and subsequent personal treatment for each patient.

I have not met any doctor with the knowledge, tools and warm personality of Dr Georgiadis to whom I am deeply grateful for having returned my smile. Thank you very much.

Duncan UK · 2018

I am 56 from the UK. One might expect to get professional, imformed treatment with this life crippling disease from our highly skilled Harley Street and NHS doctors, but to my amazement, NO! not even close! It’s been as though I was the first patient ever to have prostatitis!

I have seen approx 15 different urologists, the best that London, Rome and Cyprus has to offer, paid thousands of pounds for either failed treatments or useless consultations, I’ve heard some ‘one liners’ from them that would be hilarious if they weren’t so rediculous, i.e. “we don’t do semen cultures anymore, they’re very 1980’s” plus, No Prostate massage, for prostatic fluid testing or a Rectal Ultra Sound from any one of them! Please don’t waste your time and money like I have.

At this point I thought I was going crazy, I kept being told that my problems were psychological, anxiety, depression etc. If you’re told the same thing enough times, you begin to believe it. I then spent months and more money having counselling, thinking I was on the road to recovery, wrong!

So…… scouring the internet, once again, I found Dr Georgiadis’s website, still sceptical, I called him. What a star! He was on his summer holidays but still answered his phone and spent time explaining to me what the real cause of my illness was and how he could treat me, this was the first time anyone had said that they could cure me!

Although wary and worried, I booked into his clinic and set sail for Athens.

On my first day, the doctor performed a painless rectal ultrasound of my Prostate, bladder, kidneys and testes, I also did a pee flow test. The ultra sound images are instant so I could see the size and inflammation of my Prostate, no surprises, Inflamed and Large! probably been slowly growing for over 10 years, the doctor explained. With his pressure therapy, I produced a sample of prostatic fluid and was sent to the lab to also produce a semen sample for testing.

I begun taking a blanket cover of antibiotics, until my results returned, and begun the daily therapy sessions. My results returned in approx 8 days showing 3 different bacteria! My fears of feeling crazy were over, I had a cause to my illness. With the sensitivities, the doctor put me on the correct medication.

The doctor also explained…..

Although you may have already taken many of these, Antibiotics DO work but simply cannot penetrate sufficiently when you’re Prostate tissue has become fibrotic and sclerotic (hard and wide) through the process of inflammation (prostatitis).

Dr Georgiadis’s Prostate Pressure Unblocking Therapy technique has been crafted over 25 years and he will slowly unblock the channels in your Prostate, via finger pressure, to allow the blood to flow freely, bringing with it, your white blood cells (your body soldiers) and the antibiotics to treat the bacteria. Taking antibiotics, before this treatment, may lead to some bacterial resistance, making the process somewhat harder to treat, nevertheless still treatable. The complications of prostatitis, erectile issues, urine flow etc can also be treated at the same time.

I have 100% trust and respect for the Dr Georgiadis and his methods. This isn’t a third world setup, in Athens, as I’ve read in the forums from people in the USA. His surgery and waiting area is clean, modern and fully equipped. The doctor’s waiting area is populated with patients from around the world, this shows how very little else there is available to treat chronic prostatitis.

This isn’t a ‘magic pill’ treatment and needs time and determination from you to see the therapy through to the end, it’s not over until the doctor says it is!! In the meantime, help yourself by cutting out all sugar products, alcohol and hot spices.

I am still in treatment, I have completed 11 weeks of therapy, in 5 months. My prostate size has reduced by more than 50%, urine flow improved and the bacteria is dying. My symptoms, like most of the guys I’ve met on this process, have almost gone and improving as the treatment progresses.

Whichever name you give your illness, Acute, Chronic, Bacterial, Non Bacterial or Pelvic Pain Syndrome…… it’s all the same disease caused by bacteria in your prostate. Don’t be fooled by varying descriptions and quick fixes of your symptoms…. they soon return!

This therapy method is a CURE and can be the lifeline to your future. Please don’t wait like I did, this disease will only become worse and more difficult to treat the longer you put off taking control it. At the very least, take the test in Athens

Raul Spain · 2018

After more about 8 years with increasing symptoms and countless useless visits to many urologist in several countries who told me to just leave with it I found Dr Georgiadis. I will put it very short and clear, you do not have to leave with it. You do not have to suffer chronic prostatitis for there is a solution. It is not pleasant, it is not instantaneous as you have to follow a specific protocol, but it works. I started just a few months ago and been visiting him on and off after the initial treatment. The analysis found 2 different strains of bacteria and 25-30 leukocytes within prostate fluid.

Just today I got results showing no bacteria and leukocytes level down to 2-3, symptoms and inflammation are nearly non existent now and very soon I will be able to put all this story behind me. I cannot recommend Dr Georgiadis high enough, his commitment and dedication are absolutely second to none. If you suffer from this illness contact him and take the plunge as I did, nobody else will help you and the longer you wait the more the infection will cripple you.

Hi! I am very lucky to know Doctor Georgiadis from a friend. I had Prostatitis for 4 years before I visit the doctor. My friend wake me up. I did have a problem and I have to say big one.

The Doctor Pavlos Georgiadis after a lot of research in the internet it’s by far the only one that can cure prostatitis with his technique and long experience in his field.

Combine with his excellent microbiologist that know what they are looking for. What kind of microbes you have in order to have the correct approach.

It’s a unique process that will cure you from this very annoying problem of prostatitis. The rest of the doctors out there are in the Stone Age regarding this serious problem.

If you search around or meet people with prostatitis it’s amazing the stories you will hear for other doctors approach. THAT THEY DONT KNOW WHAT ARE THEY DOING!!!

In this moment we cured about 80% of the microbes and I feel great. I am back for a second time in order to get rid the remaining microbes.

In his web site you can see testimonies and exam results that are 100% true and it’s exactly as was mine.

I recommend Doctor Pavlos Georgiadis as he is the best and the only one that can cure Prostatitis.

Just come…..

Thank you!!

This is a review of a 29 years old guy who was super desperate after visiting 3 urologists who they could not do anything to help at all with this debilitating disease called ‘chronic’ prostatitis. I started having clear urination-related symptoms in October 2016. It took me 6 months to know about Dr Georgiadis. I read a few books, visited three urologists and did a lot of research in internet.

I was super obsessed with this whole new reality that seemed kind of hidden in the society, and I knew my health was depending, first of all, of understanding what was really going on in my body, and then, be lucky enough to find a solution to fix this so understudied health issue. Before October 2016, as many young men, I had absolutely no idea what exactly the prostate was, its functions and its vital significance in the male body. So, first at all, I pushed myself to learn about the organ and about the most common problems of it, while trying to find urologists or naturopaths who could help me, unsuccessfully.

However, every step of this learning/suffering process was important to finally get to know someone who could actually help me. By the time I got to know the therapy of Dr Georgiadis, I was completely sure that his therapy and approach was exactly what I was looking for, due to all my effort of learning about the problem. What really made me trust Dr Georgiadis was, first of all, that in order to cure the disease, he was focused on the root of the problem, not only on the surface. So, he was not just concerned (like some other urologists do) in curing the symptoms of the disease as soon as possible;

his therapy focuses in fighting the causes of those symptoms. Secondly, his therapy was as optimistic (his aim is to cure 100% the disease) as realistic. His therapy is based on a mix of multiple technics put together to reach a complete cure. This multi dimensional approach really convinced me, because it made sense with what I read a lot about the disease. Let’s say that his specific kind of prostatic massage is the main part of his therapy, and makes him be more like an artisan of healing than a 21st century lazy and distant doctor.

There is so much work behind his success as a healer, so that is why I thought his therapy was so realistic. Once the treatment started, It came up new information for me: I had been holding the disease for at least 8-9 years, without being really aware of it. Of course, still everything made sense… Small problems I thought were related to the nerve system, stress, alcohol, suddenly it was clear they were related with this unknown disease. I had to accept as well that the cure would take longer to be cured, as I had been holding pathogens in my prostate for such a long time.

After six months of therapy, I am happy to say that I am getting to the end of this tunnel. Most of my symptoms are gone, the tests show a super big improvement, (no bacterias, no inflamation) and expectations are to be completely done in about two months. I was not an easy patient to treat. My prostatitis, even though my young age, had a lot of complications. So… my experience with Dr Georgiadis is super positive. Not only in a physical dimension (he can actually cure what other urologists don’t even know how to start treating it, because they don’t understand), but also in a human and intellectual dimension.

So I recommend him 120%, because after half a year of treatment I am almost done with all my problems associated with my ‘chronic’ prostatitis.

I have suffered from chronic prostatitis for 3 years and I have seen different doctors in United Arab Emirates, Turkey and United Kingdom and none of them offered a cure, they all said I have to live with it. This all changed after I found Dr. Georgeadis, I have first read about him on prostatitis forums and I have read the details of his therapy on his website, it all made sense and I decided to go to Athens. I have been healed after three sessions of therapies where each session took about 3 weeks. The recovery process changes from patient to patient.

If you are suffering from chronic prostatitis you have to visit Dr. Georgiadis, you don’t have to accept it and live with it.

I am 43 years old and my adventure with prostatitis appeared in 2004 with stinging during the urination and followed by pain in the genitals and more specifically in the glan. I visited an urologist who diagnosed it and by giving me antibiotics, after 25 to 30 days the symptoms disappeared and I continued my life normally until February 2009, when happened the same again, prostatitis with the same symptoms, administration of antibiotics and the symptoms disappeared after about 30 days.

I want to point out here that the Urologist who used to watch me never proposed me to have further examinations although he knew my history with two prostatitis and didn’t even explain to me what can prostatitis may cause to me my and what i should watch out for. In December 2011 during the urination I figured that something was wrong, I had stinging, I thought that I had prostatitis for the third time, which was confirmed after 2-3 days when the pain in the glan begun. A few days later I visited the Urologist, and I started a treatment with medication (without even examining me the first time).

The problem had started to became chronic now, several months passed and no antibiotics did help me, the pain had worsened and I had began to encounter the phenomenon of frequent urination, especially during the night when the situation was very annoying, my life had radically changed to the worst then, not only there was tingling, pain and frequent urination but also the response of the physician to my questions was, ‘be patient, over time you get used to it and you will be able to live with it.’

Naturally the situation of my problem was gradually getting worse and I saw no improvement, so I could not stand it and I started looking extensively in the internet subjects that could help with my problem. By finding the blog pyelikoalgos.blogspot.com I discovered the UROLOGIST mr. P. Georgiadis.

From the first visit I understood that Mr. Georgiadis was perfectly aware of the issue of prostatitis, making me all the necessary tests for a long time, the transrectal ultrasound showed several inflammation and growth of the prostate tumor, also explained to me that my problem had not lasted only a few months but eight years, namely since 2004 and the prostatitis remained although the symptoms after 30 days also disappeared, the urofluometry showed that my urination was clearly influenced, which showed that complications had been starting to exist.

After the completion of the standard treatment with 44 specific heavy prostatic pressures and simultaneous reception of the appropriate antibiotics, the frequent urination had began to minimize, the urination during the night had stopped and the pain caused by the symptoms had begun to significantly decline from the 28th treatment. The transrectal ultrasound showed prostate reduction from 28gr to 23gr and the inflammations had been reduced to a very large extent.

The results of the microbiological tests (cultivation of prostatic fluid-semen-urine after massaging) showed three microbes (escherichia coli, proteus, and chlamydia) and also high pyosfairia (40-44). After a year and a half of systemic therapy (key stage and monthly treatment cycles) the results are amazing, I have no microbe and the pyosfairia have been reset to zero (0-1). I want to point out here that during the monthly treatments my gradual improvement was evident, namely, a dramatic reduction of the symptoms, as well as a reduction of germs and pyosfairion at the same time.

Today (two years later) the symptoms have almost been annihilated after the last examinations (transrectal ultrasound and urofluometry) my prostate has been decreased to 19gr and my urination is tremendously satisfying, i can’t remember it to have been better. The successful method of Mr. Georgiadis as well as the respectful keeping from me by to all those I had been advised (eg attention to my diet and a general lifestyle attentionl) served in order to tend to the permanent cure the disease.

A great thanks to the Human-Doctor mr. P. Georgiadis who is an expert in the prostatitis problem as well as in the psychology of the patients suffering from prostatitis, the treatment which he applies is highly effective and that is not only supported by my own amazing results but also from the results of many other patients who have visited him.

My feeling is that he is the only urologist who offers through the specific method he applies, radical recuperation of the big problem of chronic prostatitis, which torments as I have understood a very large number of people of young and older age and by what I have also seen the problem is that it progressively swells the prostate or even increases greatly the chances of prostate cancer.

Questions about these testimonials and results

Where do the testimonials come from?

Patients write them themselves, usually at the end of their treatment or a year or two later, and send them to the clinic by email or letter, or post them on Google. We publish the ones sent to us with the author’s permission and we summarise, rather than copy, the Google reviews, which you can read in full on Google.

Why are the names abbreviated?

Because prostatitis is a private matter. Every author gave permission to publish his story, but a first name and a country are enough to show that these are real men from real places. The documented cases carry no name at all.

What do the before-and-after figures mean?

The prostate volume is measured by transrectal ultrasound at each visit; a chronically inflamed gland is swollen and shrinks as the infection clears, so the change in volume is an objective marker that the treatment is working. The microbes are what the laboratory grew or detected in prostatic fluid or semen. A closing culture that is negative with very few pus cells is how we define the end of treatment.

Can every patient expect results like these?

No treatment works for everyone, and the men shown here were chosen because they illustrate the pattern clearly. What we can say from our records is that nearly every man tested has a microbe in his prostate, that the large majority have a visibly smaller prostate within the first weeks of treatment, and that about eight in ten stay with the protocol to the end. How long it takes depends on how many years the infection has had, and on how many antibiotics it has already survived.

Can I talk to a former patient?

We do not share patients’ contact details. The testimonials and Google reviews are the patients’ own words; several of them describe meeting other patients in the waiting room, which is the most honest reference you will get.
